The Unearthed Series uses a range of materials used in specialist decoration, conservation and fine art painting to produce abstract pieces, which take on an earthy, geological appearance.

Multiple layers of domestic paints, artists paints and mediums, inks, varnishes, glazes and metal leaf, are treated using artificial ageing techniques and a mixture of techniques developed to conserve decorative surfaces, to produce the organic, topographical imagery.
